We offer FREE shipping on our designer beachwear on all UK and Ireland orders over €40. It means we will deliver your items free of charge within these countries. For other destinations, please refer to the table above.

All our items are shipped via Recorded Delivery. We will dispatch your items within 24 hours from completed purchase. The delivery time depends on your destination, and takes 1 – 2 working days within UK and Ireland, 2 – 5 working days within Europe and 4 – 10 working days for Rest of the World. Please note business days count as Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.

We aim to deliver within these advisory time slots, but in case of any delays, please contact us and we will investigate it further.

Upon delivery you will be asked for a signature – please make sure there is someone at home to sign it. If you cannot be present, the postman will leave you ‘Sorry we missed you’ card and then you will be able to collect your order from your local sorting office at the convenient time.

30 Day Returns Policy

We offer 30 Day Returns Policy. It means you can return your items within 30 days from purchase for a refund or exchange. All we ask for is that items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition to qualify for a refund or an exchange. We reserve the right to refuse your request if the item appears worn, washed or damaged in any way.

When returning an item, please notify us about your request by email, quoting your order number. We will then allocate you your personal returns number. Any items returned without this number can be refused a refund or exchange. Please pack your items securely and send all the original tags and packaging, when applicable.

We recommend using recorded delivery when sending items back to us. We cannot be held responsible for any items being lost in the post. You, as a customer, are responsible for covering the cost of returning your item back to us. Return item postage will only be refunded when there is a quality issue with the garment.

We will notify you as soon as your returned item arrives to us and deal with your request within 24 hours. In case of a refund, the full amount will be credited to your original payment method. If you requested an exchange, the applicable item will be sent to your address. If the replacement item is more than the original order value, we will contact you to cover the difference before proceeding.
